Terms of Service

Your account

You must provide accurate information, meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us about unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for collaborators you invite.

Acceptable use

You may not use AIGalaxy to violate law or another person’s rights; create or distribute unlawful exploitation or abuse; deceive, harass, or harm others; bypass safety, payment, access, or rate controls; probe or disrupt the service; scrape or resell access without permission; introduce malicious code; or use outputs as a substitute for qualified professional advice in high-impact decisions.

Your content

You retain rights you have in prompts, uploads, projects, and outputs, subject to provider terms and applicable law. You grant AIGalaxy a limited worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service and fulfill your requests. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit.

Private media, sharing, and recovery

• Media marked Backed up has completed private encrypted storage, checksum verification, and secondary replication. Our operating targets for that state are a recovery point of no more than 15 minutes and recovery within four hours.
• Media marked Local only, Securing, or Sync failed has not completed the protected storage process and does not receive those recovery targets.
• Share grants are revocable and use short-lived delivery links. New grants expire after 30 days by default and may be configured for no more than 180 days.
• Deleted protected media remains in recoverable trash for 30 days. Primary versions are then purged and secondary backup copies are purged within a further 30 days, except where a documented legal hold or law requires retention.
• Recovery objectives are measurable service targets, not promises of permanent storage, absolute security, or immunity from every failure or attack. Keep independent copies of irreplaceable work.

AI outputs

Generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to material generated for others, or ineligible for intellectual-property protection. You must review outputs and determine whether your use is lawful and appropriate. We do not guarantee uniqueness, accuracy, fitness, or non-infringement.

Credits and subscriptions

• Credits are a limited, revocable license to use eligible AIGalaxy features; they are not money, stored value, or transferable property.
• One-time purchased credits do not expire unless required for fraud, refunds, chargebacks, account closure, or law.
• Subscription credits are granted after successful invoice payment and may roll over for up to three billing cycles. The applicable balance and expiration are shown in your account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.
• Taxes may be added. Except where law requires otherwise, completed purchases are non-refundable. Failed provider submissions are released or refunded according to the recorded job status.
• We may correct balances affected by errors, duplicate grants, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or abuse.

Third-party services

AIGalaxy integrates with generation providers, Google, Stripe, storage, email, and other third parties. Your use of those features may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Service changes and termination

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or remain unpaid. You may stop using AIGalaxy at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIGalaxy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIGalaxy and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid AIGalaxy during the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to support@avatarlabs.dev.
